A full length roof lining with sound proof under it, carpeted or "Trimmed" walls in the back with sound proofing under it and crpet on the floor as well. Of course you can put sound proofing under that too. This is pretty well what i will be doing in my van sometime next year.

Cheers
Aaron

is it mainly engine noise?
or is it road noise.

if its engine noise get some crazy sound deadening for the firewall and in the engine bay side put some along the back wall

if its mainly road noise.
a matress would go great, and the crushed read velvet only brings the word pimp to mind :P
