i have just been looking through the National film and sound archive website and they have available upon request copies of old ads as far back as 1964 for radio and tv but they dont seem to have that one. They do have the old clubman ads from the arly 70's with Rebecca Gilling in them.
Maybe someone mightlike to go through the process and see what you end up with.
