So I sat and thought hmm plate or I can ring John from Mini King and ask. Guess what he has friend who can stamp out brand new door skins for $80.00 a peice. So I am getting 2 .Ooodles will have nice new doors for $160 not bad me thinks. Just thought I would share the knowledge in case anyone else is interested.

Thanks,

You sure it was Johns father :?:

I'm sure I remember seeing John there 40 years ago :!:

[Edit: AFAIK, John did an apprenticeship as an electro plater in his Fathers works. Then wanted to stand on his own two feet and got into VW wrecking...then onto Minis very early in the piece]

Hi as far as I have been told it was his father who also owned the land where Mini kingdom originally was. But I could be wrong sorry I am only going on what I have been told.

Your statement "contact John Smidt owner of Mini King (his father prev owned Mini Kingdom)" didn't read that way at all....

Johns Father may have owned the land (but that should be between John and his Father anyway)...the fact that needs to be remembered is it was Johns business for all those years and good to see him back trading again :D

Its not about me at all ...its about respect for John and what he has done over the years...with Johns recent loss this is not the time to be a prima donna mate
