Yes as Matt says 95 pounds plus 15 pounds for postage.
I hade mine ceramic coated.I was advised not to have it chromed.
Do a search about Ceramic Coated Systems, and see what you think.

Yes, if you get it chromed it is important not to chrome the inside of the manifold, do the outside only. Is that what you mean LS1380?

Matt

Hmm,

Older topic, but rather than start a new one,,... i'll carry on here.

I have a set of twin 1&1/2 SU's which need a cleanup/rebuild.

My 1275 is currently running a 1 & 3/4 SU, and I was thinking of using the su's, but also considering perhaps changeing to a weber.

the 1275 has a slight cam, and rest is pretty normal. Also has a sorts system & extractors.

Any suggestions??

I would start with CP4s.
I had these in Barney (1293A+ with Tighe 104 cam, Corolla rockers, rimflow valves, twin HS4s, Perry 3-1 freeflow). But now running #6 (a bit leaner than CP4). A/F trace is now a straight line at 13:1. 8)

CP4 are fixed needles. They were standard in the Police Pack Mk2 S twin HS4s, which is what I'm running.

If you mean floating to fixed, yes, there is a conversion available to run a fixed needle in a floating setup.

I've always preferred fixed needles- if centred properly they don't wear themselves and the jet out. 8)

good to see it running fine. I had twin 13/4 SUs on my 1330 about 20 years ago and she was sweet as.
It really annoys me when people say that this set up is too big. As the good doc, mad matt and others who have used this set up say the engine will use as much air/fuel mixture as it requires by lifting the piston.
Enough said. :)

Oh, for an experiment I whacked them on a 998 with a 1275 head and that ran fine too.
