I'm seriously considering selling my 1997 Rover Mini Mayfair, full Australian compliance, 1.3lt SPI engine, 4 speed manual, drivers airbags, Air Conditioning, half leather interior, CD/MP3 player, great little run around. Great rare little peperpot mags, new tyres, just had new brakes pads done and radiator flushed and fixed. I've spent a bit of cash on this in the time I've had it, but after driving a new car for a week or so. I need more creature comforts.

I have put a picture or two on here. I understand you can not get these into the Country anymore, or it's very difficult. This one is registered complied and RWC will come with it.

What do you say, how much should I ask for it?

I still have Lurker, once it's back from repair shop :? And the ball joint breaking has put doubt in my mind about the safety of these cars. I do all freeway driving and I don't want to be killed in a Mini. I know normal cars break too, but I'm now a little scared

I will advertise it over weekend I feel. I just want a nomal car with creature comforts. :(

Something I can put freinds in the back and drive normally. Then when I want I can bring out the Moke or Lurker and remember how cool Mini's are.

There's only 1 way to drive "normally"........in a MINI. Everything else is just pretending.

Yeah, I'd be asking top dollar for it.

Was using $15k as an absolute minimum fire sale desparate for cash really quickly price.

I know these cars are great and very expensive to bring in and everything. But you really think it would sell quick at 15 grand? I knew of one at 16 grand that was at that price for at least a year. It was late model too.

Maybe times have changed. :?
