They make fibreglass extended roundnose fronts in the UK and in USA, why wouldn't you just order one of thos and save ugly cutting and welding?

The USA kits tilt front, extended front kits come with all the bits, including gas 'arm' things to tilt the front upwards to allow maximum access to the front end without removing the front. The fibreglass fronts aren't cheap but the tilt up kits are quite affordable.

the only problem is then you have an ugly extended fibreglass front
rather than an ugly cut and welded metal extended front.

It's USA. Kits are available to be shipped to Australia, I contacted the bloke selling them. But the track is increased, I think. So, it's probably not engineerable in Aus.

That's the Honda Kseries, from a new Civic Type R, which would be 220hp at the fly, plus supercharged, probably somewhere around 300hp. And aircon. :twisted:
