Broke the windscreen on the way home tonight - the steering wheel hit it a microsecond after I hit the car turning across the front of me :(

That doesn't sound too good John, I hope you are okay.
The wheel hitting the windscreen suggests seroius frontal damage.

Very sore diagonal mark across the chest and a bit of a sore knee that must have hit something - but everything else is OK

Well that just terrible ... I trust no one in the car was badly wounded ...

Might is right in melbourne, sad to say ... cars always turn in front of me when I'm in the mini or on the bicycle ... always right at the last minute too ... hmmm :x

King Street city - opposite Flagstaff Gardens. The other guy was heading towards the city and turned right into Batman street while I was heading out of the city

Thanks for that. I'll yake some better pics tomorrow with a real camera and make an effort to set up a hosting site to post them myself
