Thanks everyone for your kind words - yes, I am very excited to see the changes taking place. Its evolving now, and every day it takes on a different shape like a chameleon on ecstacy (Dont condone the use of drugs in zoo's, or chameleon's in sport!)
To answer a few questions:

Love the flush fuel cap Will your kit be bonded on or bolted?
The kit will be bonded and screwed, using Sikaflex and then fibreglassed to create a smooth transition (roughly pencil round). Then the screws removed.

whats with the green foam..just to protect it at the moment?
Josh has got it right in one - the foam will be built up until it is larger than needed, and then we literally carve out the shape of the new front spoiler. Once the shape is agreed, the foam is then hardened with a layer of glass and resin. Then its a case of bogging and fairing the new shape. Once this is achieved, its then about six layers of wax, and then a mould is taken of the foam plug. The plug is then discarded, and a new moulding taken from the mould. The new moulding is then faired up (if needed) painted, and fitted to the car. This way, if it ever gets damaged, we just take a new moulding from the mould, paint it, and fit it.
