Sounds great!

63 Van ay? I'm a sucker for the early model's, with a '64 Morris 850 (sedan) myself. I would love an early van though!

Be sure to post pics in the members gallery!

Oh and yeah the minibug, yes all of us on here have it too, Mini's seem to multiply also so make sure theres room!

Tim.

Hi all!

Ben from Perth here. I've always thought Minis were nifty, and so when I was thinking about a donor vehicle for an electric car, I thought Mini. It's light, nimble, and can still carry passangers and such. Perfect!

And, y'know, Mini awesomeness.

So far I'm only at the planning stage, pricing parts and trying to save money for this while trying to save money for a house at the same time...

Yeah. heh. I might not get to any actual building stage untill I have a garage to play in. :P

Hey Ben,

Hope you will enjoy your time on here and I'm glad to see that you are already involved in the forum. Can't wait to see what the finished product turns out like.

Cheers, Nick

G'day there;

I'm Chris from Broken Hill (outback NSW for those who don't know where it is).
Been involved with Mini's from the age of 12. Had my fair share of blood sweat and tears and more tears!

Currently restoring my 82 Californian. Next in line will be my 69 Cooper s.

Spent a lot of time working with Mazda, Ford and Holden cars, mainly laser/mazda 323, and the beaut Holden Camira range
Lucky enough the have a range of BMC/Leyland service tools as well thanks to my father. I'm the only one in Broken Hill with a hydro pump!

Anyways, an awesome site and some great guys with a wealth of knowledge, hope to meet some of you one day.

Cheers

Welcome!

Have you ever been to the Hay Mini National's?

Many of the members on here make the journey from wherever they live to Hay. So it's a great place to meet all the people behind the computer screen.

Cheers, Tim.

Hey everyone.

I'm Scott from Bathurst.
I think I'm doing everthing in reverse, started with an 02 MCS, and have just started a new project, a 78 clubman van

Looks like its gonna be a ground up resto, although the interior is pretty much done.

Anywho, this place looks great, I look forward to meeting everyone.

Cheers.

Scott
