Go on JC , imagine what it'd go like with that 4efte subframe you got sitting around .... Might pay to let the seller know though that it couldn't have been made in the 50's though ....

That is pretty cool, I'd bnuy it if I had a lazy 8 grand, and lived up there.

Actually I think it's good value, but the date is obviously way off, try 1975, not 1950.

Well someone had better buy it , it's a steal at that price for a mini based fun car , Fangs start at$15-16,000 for one on the road , they might have slightly better stying but that still looks fantastic .

That one caught my eye as well.

You would have to get it engineered to get registered in any other state.

Isn't there some grey area to be exploited though if it's been long term registered elsewhere , I thought it was easier than starting from scratch ? Still needs an engineers inspection but not as though it was a newly built car ?

It'll still need a blue slip in NSW if it was registered interstate (they must know that other states registration standards are a bit lax  )

Anyway, blue slips are easy, just ask BIAM. :P

I reckon with a proper Lotus 7 screen and better rear arches it could look quite good. The engine bay ventilation looks a touch underdone.

And some little chrome hoop roll bars and fairings behind the seats as well .

Looks good. I would like something like that but with a modern engine  How fun would it be going down the shops to get milk and knowing you can give any car a run for it's money 8)

It's weird looking at the back of an a-series
