Remove the gauge's and the bracket that holds them, then remove the glass of one of the gauge's and use that as a template for the hole's just make the hole a bit smaller. The gauge's now screw onto the dash from behind so you no longer need the bracket. I'll put up some pic's later also if you are going to buy the chrome rings for the gauge's like i used then you need to cut the gauge holes to suit.

that looks brilliant, that is the most professional looking dash, id much rather that than any of the ones you can buy, top job mate. did you use a holesaw to cut the holes? or jigsaw and sanding?.... might have to get on the cnc :)

Thanks, I used a jigsaw and a bit of sanding. If you need any more tips let me know.

im too lazy for that lol cnc or holesaw for me :) haha, how did you mount it? and i like the speaker covers, are they by any chance pc fan covers;)

I made u shape brackets that go from the top and bottom dash rails, thats what the bolt threads are for then it is done up by wing nuts from behind. The chrome speaker covers are harley hyper charger covers.
