I may as well be asking that :wink:

I actually need to know the correct (if there is such a thing) size for a late model (77) clubby S. It's the single stripe not the duel.

It's either 6mm or 3mm...can't be sure.

If anyone out there has a 77 S with ORIGINAL pinstripes can you please help me with this?

good luck with the find mate. try john smidt . but i think he is the only one that would know. I got mine frm a place in beverly hills, i just took a pic in and they matched it for me.

Thanks Chris - can always rely on you for a point in the right direction.

The pics I have of mine show the pinstripes being metalic gold. I get the feeling I'll have trouble finding this .... I did find some nice gold ones today though at Autobarn for $5.

Pretty sure the corret size is 6mm.

Anyhow - will def try John.

BTW - what kind of place did you take yours too?

It was a dedicated motor vehicle decal and sticker place, they had pinstripes as far as the eye can see. . im trying to think of the name, PM me tomorow and ill see if i can find the receipt. if u can get a sample to me then ill pop down there for you if you want.

Would that be the pinstripe that runs along the side of the vehicle right under the windows?? If so as a educated guess-ta-met 6mm.

PM rodney, my mini is in his garage and it has its gold pinstripes on it. from memory it is 6mm though.

my mini is a 78 S
