A couple of small, strategically placed, undetectable pop rivets on the underside do wonders - for the fit AND your mental stability........ :lol:

1 rivet at the front of the car is all i have on mine & not once has any of it come off. Its tight enough without any clips or more rivets. It has been on for 12 months.

I have 6 or 7 pop riverts per side, but I have big flares and it really needs them. If you had no flares you may get away with less.
