stuff that, a mini is a mini, it would be illeagle to build a mini today withthe same "character" as the mini's of yesteryear. don't get me wrong i have major issues with reusing classic names on dud remakes take beetle/monaro/kombi/mustang... etc.. for example.

problem is technology. great when it works. stuffed when it doesn't.

The new mini badge is simple and elegant, something the original mini was supposed to be... Use it don't be ashamed, the spirit is there somewhere

Go the Morris badge. It's original and I reckon has more character than the new Mini symbol

How about something in between , something on the lines of the mini deluxe bonnet badge (can't find a photo at present but the morris logo inside a circle with thin "wings" either side) ?
