That would have to be the worst thing ever done to a Mini. Period.

I know a little about them. They were converted in the UK, they are very rare and very valuable. There were also some caravans, designed to be towed by minis that had the same mechanism.

The wildgoose register is run by Rachel Harness, she's the world authority

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

What TIm said!

A couple have appered in the US. None in Oz to my knowledge.

Veeeeerrrrrrry slllllooooow with the stock 850 engine! (Weighs over 1000kg from memory)

Based on a UK spec van.

Rear subframe is widened to allow more space.

I want one!

The lower photo isn't a real wildgoose caravan, the guy wanted one so badly he built it himself.

I want one too.

That had me fooled for a second. Vic plates on the car made me think someone had imported one.

Can he build a couple more? :)

On a side note this is a modern take on a mini caravan (looks similar to the old "teardrop" caravans but doesn't fold out like the old ones) that a member of the IMMCC has just bought in Finland , still needs finishing (windows etc) though .

Next IMM the rain is not a porblem ? Next winter it should be ready, Windows, green colour ,"shower", "sauna" (he, heh) is still missing.
It weights 130 kg and runs 135km/h after my Inno...
Liked more than a tent.
Timo :D

Thats racist, probably sexist and an incident of sledging. All right you can have an under arm bowl if you like.
