a 175/60R13 has too big a sidewall for my liking - it would scrub like mad and require major surgery to the wheel arches or you would have to raise the car like mad.

Yeah I know what you mean - a week ago we had about 3 tyre threads running at once - hence why I started this table.

Its typical of Yokohama.

If the tyre is not a good seller, they just stop importing them or making them altogether, even if there is a niche market that has to be serviced!

I guess that's business!

Last boarding call for changes!

Following on from another thread http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=37781 I have updated the table to include a few differences between wheel sizes.

I have used a different program to capture the screen shots (it has put lines in where in reality there are none). The only other difference from below is that in the centre of the screen I have the ausmini.com logo.

The logo doesn't move when you scroll so I took it off just to take the screen shots.

Tell me what you think - Is there any other FAQ's that need to be added etc?

The Bridgestone SF226s are listed twice -- glitch in your screenie program?

One is for 10" and the other is for 12"

Great work putting this table together!

Just one thing though- in the cons for 12s u have "don't handle as good as 10s but better than 13s" & in the pros for 13s, u have "handle better than 12s"....

I've never had 13s so can't comment, but its a little contradictory. Other than that, thanks for the effort. :D

What I meant was 12's Cons: don't handle as good as 10's but handle better than 13's.

Pro 13's: Handle worse than 12's.

Thanks sox - how easy is it to make a mistake

And no worries - its for the benefit of all of ausmini

you have to modify (cut) the guards to fit 13" wheels.
12's and 13's have lower profile tyres which give better cornering characteristics.

10's have a higher profile which gives better comfort

hankook centums are sticking out like a sore thumb, anyone else driven them?
