Took the 850 to Toowoomba today.
Great day with the morris minor club in attendance.
Apart from a dodgy mud map and getting lost, 60 odd minis and a few less minors, amoungst some other classics, made a great showing :D

A fun day, beautiful weather, and I was in the brightest, greenest, Shrek Moke you ever did see.

Cheers,
Watto.

I saw your car there anthony. I only found out who you were after I had walked away (you were talking to Matt and looking at my wheels on my beige deluxe while I was talking to some old guy). I'm sure our path's will meet again and I'll introduce myself.

Damn I must've missed you watto - I didn't even see you there! :( I saw that moke though!

Anyway - was a good day and I enjoyed it. I got so many finger prints over my nice clean car (look with your eyes and not with your hands people!). I still enjoyed it immensley though.

Matt pointed you out. Thanks for posting a pic of grey. Get your car to the muster next year and win a trophy. Your car is stunning.

David He's having dinner with Kerry tonight ( he is an insurance accessor) John could be his Dad who owned apparently a crappy old Marina campervan that was parked in the corner

I was there sunday too. However I did not take my Convertible up as the weather in Brisbane did not look too promising on Sunday at 6am before we left home. I drove my latest Clubby which is a 75 Hairy Lime one. Which I have just fitted a new engine to and it is a converted 'Auto Block'. It has a 1360 with twin 1.5"SU and a very lumpy 649 Cam. Goes like a rocket and does not mind a drink either ! The 3.1 diff that I fitted in it make sit rev less on the Hi way too. I am having the twins properly tuned next week maybe I will get rid of it's drinking habbit.

John did own the campervan.... & approximately 40 other cars, mainly old morris utes and a few minors. All in exceptional to just plain immaculate condition!

It was John's place, he owns it. His son David doesn't. Simple.

John went to a lot of effort to put the day on, and the Toowoomba MOCQ members did a really good job of keeping it running smoothly.

Over $8000 was raised for Cystic Fibrosis and other childhood illness charities.

Was a good day!

Ash & I are going for a cruise in our mini's today so I'll try and remember to ask her if she got a pic of it (we both had camera's).
