Hi all.
Been a long time since I dismantled the front end of my 77 clubby
I didn't realise that the driveshafts are right & left handed (according to the Mini Kingdom catalogue). Unfortunately I didn't mark them.
Can anyone please tell me how to identify which goes where?

Thanks
Scotty

just try them and see - it's pretty obvious when you look at it.... the diff is offset to one side of the car

buuut, it's the right hand side that is longer ;)

Yeah. It would have been easy if the engine was in the subframe, but not so, they're both out of the car & I've just rebuild the front hubs etc & want to finish assembling them.
Thanks
Scotty.

There's no way you could put it together wrong, they're very different lengths and just won't fit the wrong way around.

Just knock the cv's off the driveshafts and assemble them that way , you don't have to worry about controlling driveshafts when you move subframe then either .
