Blue car at the start of this thread is mine and green car next to it is my daughters. Not worried about number plates being shown as its bloody hard to track a car from a number plate. I know, I have recently tried after some low life git left a nice dent in our Fairlane. The blue car has the spotties bolted through the grill with a plate on the inside so keeps the grill and bumper un molested. The green car had holes in the bumper already so the lights are fixed through it. They vibrate a bit less that the blue car. I have 4 round Whipacs going on the Ute that Im constructing. Will have to drill the bumper to fit them. Personally I like the kind of 'rally look' of the round spotties (not so much the squares) and they make a huge differance to night time vision. Legally they should wired to only come on with high beam. Useful to have fused seperately to the main lights. When I blew a fuse at night recently I quickly adjusted the brake lights to stay on and drove home with just the spotties working. :) was fine. Fortunately didnt meet any boys in blue.

Re: the BMW grill.
Off topic but.
Makes a change to see a classic mini taking the pee from a BMW. The BMWs have been doing it to classic minis for years now :)
