I drove Chris Buckingham's registered one last year, 2.2L Toyota powered.
It goes round corners like my son's Lotus Elise... :P

Is that the british racing green one with steel wheels and hubcaps Matt ? There was a red one on the Gold Coast about 10 years ago as well and there is a Green one in Woolgoolga still on the road .

Thanks for the warm reply

Yes they are registerable but ours is on club plates coz we can't afford 10 rego's every year

Dad wanted to know about the P76 Fang, he has heard a bit about it and would like to know where it is

Our Fang is mainly used for Hillclimbs / sprints but does get out for other things as well
this year it went to the AMOC day at Flemington, The Link Tour, Coralyn Car Show and THE GRAND DAY OUT.

Only problem that we have is that we dont seem to have another one to park next to !!!

Justfanginaround is jon Scott, doh, had a hunch he was from FTG.
anyone know how many Fangs where made and over what period,
Seem as a lot of other aussie kit cars are coming back maybe someone could built a Fang with Vtec in the back or Mazda 3 MPS, :D :D

That's up in the air a bit , there were 37 turn key fangs according to "The Nota Files" by Rod Moore and Bruce Bloodworth , there was also a second run of kit form , partially assembled or race cars whose chassis number started at 200 or 201 , mines 234 so that's at least another 34 so looking at at least 71 though the number has been put around a fair bit at 107 .

I keep looking at the 4efte conversions and thinking that would be a lethal combination , all that power with gross understeer .....
