I have to do some touch up work on my HiHo silver LS and was wondering if there are any places around western sydney way that are good with matching paint or have the paint code already available.

According to my Dulux Autocolour book the code is 17553.
HI HO Silver Metallic Leyland 1978.

Craig, your colour seems a little off the original colour ever so slightly, so maybe your best off getting it matched at a panel place
