That would be this one though it was used as both a silver/white shield and a blue/white shield , still looking at the brochures to see which was first though I suspect silver/white first .

First pic is pre 1989, as that is when the Austin name was put to rest and replaced by Rover.

I'm guessing early 80's but not sure , especially since the Mayfair sport was a Germany only model and I haven't seen any other mention of it anywhere .

Also , in a 1979 UK brochure I have it shows yet another variation of the same badge with the Leyland swirl in place of the shield while still having "MINI" at the top .

But it's got the Austin half of the Austin Rover logo on the grille , that was dropped when they became Rover .
