So what's the official line on the data that's missing? Is it coming back?

I recommend people check their in boxes and clean things up - I was almost over my quota (when old PMs you've been saving start getting deleted) as the restore brought back a few old PMs.

As for the old data coming back - if it does, what sort of change control would be used so that it is weaved in with what has been posted since the restore? My guess is that it ain't coming back. 8)

my guess is we'll loose everything we post now again and go back to how it was before we lost everything after it's restored.

What I did when Ausmini was down ---

-- Well my account had been inactive for a few weeks before because I changed my email address, who knew!?
-- Kept randomly checking if it was back
-- Decided on an engine conversion, then decided to turbo my 1100, then decided on an engine conversion, then the 1100, and settled to do both.
-- Looked for a clubby van for engine conversion
-- Hung out at turbominis.co.uk

And now for some awesome reason I can post again! :D:D:D:D
