Hi all

I have noticed that the gear lever on my rod change box is not tappered so I am assuming it would be ok to shorten it a little if I wanted to. Would it be a good idea?

Ideas?

thanks

(its good to be back)

I cut my gearstick down to about a third of normal length, looked cool but wasn't to good to change gears with. Much later I bought an original one and it was so much better...

one day mine broke off where the rubber and cup join together so it was about an inch and a half long, changing gears is slower but twice as fun  8)
