hi all
im trying to put an Avatar in but every thing i put in it sez it has to be less the 94kb can anyone help

Yes. Upload a picture that is less than 94kb.

You are allowed as big a picture as you want as long as it is not displayed within the avatar window...

you can only put it in your avatar, and you can only upload it through your profile page. :roll:

you can also put a pic in your sig, but this also has size limitations to be considerate to those on a low speed connection.. you do this through your profile page too, and its the same as posting a pic in a post

a pic in a post? heehehehehehe

you could even use such a basic application as microsoft paint to resize the picture using image/stretch-skew (just make sure you change both height and width by the same amount) and a little trial and error should be all you need to get it the size you want (the picture i mean).
