mate what are you doing to poor old JAM, Elmo, Lizzie
and vivian??? you just HAD to be the same and jump
on the band wagon and go buy one of those old
funny looking minis

actually the above can be translated into:

"you lucky bastard i am really jealous and i really
wish i had of had it, i really want it"

seriously it is great news!!! vivian has a blue slip and
will be registered on tuesday so maybe i may make a trip
over some time in the young girl to see her grandfather....hahahah

JAM why can't you register it with the current plates. In the ACT you actually have to pay for new plates and this is only really if you are changing states? But maybe there is a time limit is this the case?

Well.....I can custom order the plates. Since the rego number is engraved on the plaque under the hood, it should not be a drama. Great idea poeee! 8)

Chris / Jim, I will bring it to the Feb MCC GM.....if it passes blue slip. I don't know how strict they are now. This thing is so original, it might need a little bit of work for rego.

Well done Chris on the blue slip for Viv. I am sure she will love pops...!

I am going to pick it up this week. I will take a rad hose and cap with me, so I can drive pops home -----> :D

yea....bring on the B.S boys..... I have been waiting for it.

Pops is going straight on Club Plate rego. Apparently all I need are those magical Blue/Pink slips....then straight onto Club Plates.

Yea, I can't drive it as much.....but it makes it very affordable. A cheap hobby, if there is such a thing.

that is, pops will make JAM look sooo much better, pops
has one of those funny looking short roundish
nosses, not like the sculptured angled attractive
jaw of the clubby.......  (btw i wouldnt mind
one of those funny looking round shaped minis either  )

HIstoric rego or club plates in NSW uses a specific club plate number plate. A little purple one. Best thing to do anton is to, a keep the plates and say it didn't have any, b put them in storage when you get the rego. Also you only need a pink slip, no blue slip. rego will be a case of a brake test and thats about it. Well done mate. Would be great if you can organise it to be all done by the meeting so that you can drive it there.

Cheers

Aaron
