Bahhh , that's nothing yet , I once wrecked a mini with terminal rust that had both side sills sculpted out of bog , they'd cut the sills off and put 2 inches of bog along either side , shapoed it up and painted it . The floor was rusty as well and they wondered why the doors kept popping open when they went over big bumps :shock: :shock: :roll:

The pics don't actually do it justice but yeah, I know what you mean. My doors are very heavy too and the left hand one looks very rippled lol. Got a funny feeling i'm gonna find more before i'm finished (at least i'll be lighter after).

Thats nothing - the moke was full of cement which had been used to plug the gaps caused by the rust.
