how much effect do you think the extractors have? I was told it was not worth it because of the catalytic converter on 1.3i engines... so I just had 1 3/4 inch exhaust sytem fitted from the catalytic back. It sounds nice..

If u get a high flow cat it would, they put extractors on alot of late model cars and i makes a difference so why should it be any different for ours

Gasket has been fixed well actullly 2 were blown. His summise for them blowing within a matter of 6 months leads him to belive that possibly the muffler that was fitted when i got the car buy the guy i bought it off possibly is creating too much back pressure and therefore blowing the gaskets (2 within the space of a year). But he was very helpful and had no troubble getting the problem rectified.
