you mean window 'seal'?

bloody expensive I reckon - they supply and fit a windscreen for less than that at Novus

I'm looking to replace my back window seal too some time soon. I want to replace the locking strip on the front as well. I've already got the bits I need.

But if there's a place that'll do it for a good price, I'd rather let them do it, lazy bugger that I am.

If there's no such place, Bean if you're in Sydney, you're welcome to come over and we'll have a go at both cars at the same time. I've got a fair idea how to do it, but it's a lot easier as a two man job.

I had a front screen seal rubber replaced recently by Instant Windscreens, it cost me $140 and I supplied the seal.
O'Briens quoted me $194 for the same, and Novus were too busy to bother when I rang.

Tip- buy the proper rubber from Karcraft or another Mini place, I had leaks last time when I did one with the generic seal sold by the metre at a rubber shop.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.
