I have been having a few issues with my rear left blinker .The globe blew, so went to replace it and I cant find a replacement globe.
I have been to Repco , supa crap, Robbo's and auto one.
no one can supply me with and double conector with offset pins with 12V /21w/21w
the best I can get is Double conector with offset pins 12v 21w/5w
which is no go to me as the blinker uses the 5W(2nd) fillament so blinker is not bright enough.
Also can't find a double conector with offset pins and a single filament globe at all.
Can anyone help.
Cheers

I'm not sure if you can even get dual filament 21w/21w. I would suggest use the 21w/5w which is commonly available, and swap the wires over so that the indicator is 21w.

The standard bulb is 12v 21w/5w. The dimmer 5 watt element is for the park light and the 21 watt is for the brake. The indicator is usually a single element, but if you have something special (I hope you have kept the old one) then an autospark (or an autospark supplier) should be able to help you out.

Why do you need a dual 21w blinker anyway? A reverse light built into the one fitting??

On a Clubby the rear indicator is also a reversing light, so they have 21W/21W globes.
I'm sure someone still makes `em..

Not Kc... at least I can't find em in the cattledog.. or in Heritage MG's either.
Try Mike at Mini Suzuki Spares, Mini King, or MiniSpares? at Padstow.
or Ivan at Mini Spares & Repairs, Castle Hill.

I got mine at Burson's automotive (12v 21/21W for 1970 Mini with factory optional reversing lights built in to the turn indicators).
They are AUSTA brand.

I find Bursons good, I've just about given up going to Supercrap now. Anything Bursons don't have arrives in the same day or in the morning. And they sell stuff TO Supercrap.8)
