gday again.
was at northern yesturday... after the pushrod thing that goes in the clutch mastercylinder and conects to the cltch arm...ended up finding a new one so was happy.
anyway also wanted some brake pipes made up as my project has none except what is on the rear subframe..hence i need the whole kit made up witch northern will do....for a ok amount i think...have got a quote..just not sure if its ok or not..
anyway im after the part that the brake sender screws onto ...but not sure what its called..im sure it screws onto the other end of the brake hose...my hoses are installed...but im sure im missing a part here as there must be something that the sender screws into plus i no there is a pipe that runs from this and across the front of the subframe to the other side conecting both front brakes together??
im not sure but i think its somekinda t piece..as the pipe from the brake master cylinder goes to it as well....any info or photos of this bit would be good so i can go hunting for it...

You mean the T piece that the hydraulic brake switch screws into. It all mounts to the drivers front brake hose where it comes through the subframe.
Its a special T piece, and you need several copper washers (not sure on sizes) to mount it all together.

The main brake line comes into this T piece, 1 side goes to other front brake hose and the hydraulic switch goes straight down the guts of it.

Are you talking about the brass banjo connection? It sits in between the brake switch and the subframe and is held there by the nut on the underside of the subframe. There is another part which passes through this and accepts the brake switch as well. This latter part is identical on the left and right hand sides of the subframe.

Ahhhhhhh - an electricians dream - a power board with a power board attached

Able to run a mig, a compressor, a die grinder, an angle grinder and two electric drills all at once

Not to lose the topic, but that's acutally ok enough, the board is surge protected and presumably the house has an RCD (safety switch) as well. The double adaptor octopus thing goes back to those evil little two way angled adaptors. The very weight of the gadgets would pull themselves out of the wall and create hot contacts, particularly in kitchens burning the house down.
BTW, did you know it was an Australian (the original owner of Sunbeam in fact) who came up with the power board you see here? he never thought to put a patent on the design and cries himself to sleep every night because of it. He would be like Mr Packer if he had...
