Quick Question what would need to be done to fit a front mounted radiator? I was thinking of doing it but i wasnt sure about the thermo fan. How does it hook up?

You get a circuit diagram when you buy a Thermo Fan...

you will need to undo the speedo cable,,, the shock absorbers,,, & the engine earth strap too (it`s just tucked under the drivers side of the engine bay from the inner mudguard to the clutch housing)

you have a pretty big job in front of you by the sounds of things

what`s the purpose for the removal of the subframe with the engine still in it??? are you doing a restoration or just replacing the frame or ???,,, what`s happening??? tell us a bit about what your plans are & we could probably help a little more

you will need to remove.. throttle cable, choke cable, clutch slave cylinder, brake lines from the subframe, earth strap, battery cable, the steering arms on either side ect ect

not really sure where your up to but as others have said make sure you mark what
every wire does with masking tape and a texta, on either side of the wire, before unplugging them.

get some snap lock sandwich bags and mark what's, what and it makes it so much easier when it come's time to put it back together..

The reason im taking out the subframe is becasuse i want to clean the engine bay, clean and paint the subframe, put a new engine in upgrade brakes suspension and i just thought all this would be easier with the whole front end out.
