I know , but I probably wouldn't go to a restaurant that makes a couple of mentions of mini without much else but would definitely try one that was fully themed on the mini or Italian job .

Spoil all my fun Dane  , it would be a fun "in joke" but yes , it would be as confusing as BIAM's phone call further up the page .

you want fun ian? what order would the sizes go? clubman smallest and roundnose largest?or the other way round :D
DISCUSS haha

They'd have to go on capacity of course Dane , 850 for the smallest , clubman next (well , deluxe would confuse them and mini K would make them think it was a breakfast pizza) and cooper S for the biggest .....

You could have a Moke pizza which is just the base - nothing else just the base.

You could have a Kestrel pizza which would have lots of cheese - making backside look big

and the clubby pizza which is popular but only because it more affordable than the pizza you really want

The moke pizza would be triangle shaped though because one of the %$#$%# wheels fell off .

I agree with the general theme of advice given here, the theme alone won't make this a sucessfull business. It doesn't hurt at all and could be the difference between sucessful and great but the food and management have to be up to a top notch standard first, if you can achieve that you could be on to a real winner.

As long as you don't use the mini logo shape or outline (anything clearly recognisable as 'car mini' related there should be no issue with BMW but it wouldn't be a bad idea to make that clear in writing to BMW. The movie on the other hand would be different and you would definately need permission from the copywrite holder. More than one way of skinning a cat though, if you don't get permission you can still call the restaurant something else and stuff it with Italian Job memorabilia, use red, white and green mini's etc. Let people draw their own conclusions, as long as the don't say anything
