well the rent is cheaper in liverpool, it's close to where you live so less travelling expenses for your family.

South West/West Sydney has the largest percentage of car enthusiasts as more houses have the garages to support that lifestyle and parking is far better than it would be in a busy happening place.

You're going for a car theme, and you want to support the local clubs and car culture. They will travel if it's good and is the place to be. Hell they have cars and any excuse to travel. Look at places like pie in the sky, harry's cafe de wheels etc. It's gotta give people some place to go, build it and they will come.

You can't just be an ordinary Italian restaurant just with minis as delivery vehicles though.
