ill put him for now until i speak to him tomorrow. I think dean is very keen to get the old 1380 on there and see what its got. So maybe he can pursade him :)

When Graham Russell and I dynoed it Xmas before last, it had 110 HP at the crank, and 100 lb/ft of torque, with the 45 Weber on it, and offset bushed S rockers..
Never done mine, but I know it goes a bit harder at high revs that that one used to.
I'll have the monster manifold on for the dyno run... :P

I was 44 at the wheels last time but expecting more..More compression and a RE13 now...any one want to guess the increase

That was on Frank Kleinig's dyno- takes a good Mini to break 50HP on that one!
I think maybe it reads a bit low... :wink:

my went 53 or 54 then we backed of the dissy (was pinging but not major)
and ran 49 that was the motor in the clubby

Hey I have been thinking about the comment that someone should write an article and submit it for the Aussie Mini Mag. Heck I dun mind doing it but I can't do the interviews and take pics at the same time so if someone wants to volunteer taking the pics I will bring a dicta phone and do some interviews...
