Just the outside edge wiht the holes in it look liket it would loose grip in wet not dry be good for that.

It's got a lot to do with the rubber compound used. Tread is not everything, particularly at the outer edge.
I used to run Avons Turbosteels on my Fiat 124S, even bald they were better in the wet than Michelin XAs were new.. :lol: Sticky stuff.. :wink:
