Unlike the UK where you have emission testing in every corner garage with a rolling road,

over here there is hardly anywhere to test it against the relevant standard. There is no regular emission testing of cars each year.
You would have to buy time at Toyota's test facility or EPA or somewhere, which would cost a mint and AFAIK hasn't been done, yet.
But yes, I can see the merits of a 4 pot screaming bike motor too...
