Took the mini on a car run today to Glenmorgan 360km round trip,.

A old chap has retired to Glenmorgan and has made a 50's garage, to display his 70 old cars. at the moment he has only a few on display but will build a bigger shed.

my cousin Ronald and myself and a few others made the trip up and had a brilliant day!!

and meet another Ausmini member MINIME ( ANDREW from Ipswitch) who chickened out and road a motor bike instead  Slacker
He owns a few minis plus a New MINI

and another bloke Stan, who also has a MIni K and Also a R56 clubman

weird 3 mini owners who all own old minis plus New minis :D

If I am right the guy that is starting that Museum in Glenmorgan is a friend of mine that used to live here in Jimboomba. His name is John Haken. He is a big fan of old Fords. He has the old Redex 46 Ford "Grey Ghost" which has been on many fundraising Rallies and Tours. The V8 Supercar might be there because his son, Robert Haken (Owner of Logan Village Smash Repairs) Does most of the repairs on the V8 Supercars and maybe one has been retired to this Museum. Robert Haken did the body work and paint on my red convertible MINNIE. They are a car restoring family. I think we should organise more runs out that way.
