Interesting reading on the jap stuff...i've come across this little DIY on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... ename=WD4V

might even work out cheaper and for a mechanical boob such as myself could be a way to go...

Hope your not serious with the electronic 'supercharger' comment :? Personally i'd rather go for a hairdryer (the 240V kind)..

If you think this thing works, I've got a bridge you might be interested in.
Seriously, we debunked these things some time ago. Will do F/all, unless the laws of physics have changed, and no they haven't..

Well guys i DID say i was a "mechanical boob". I didn't know u fellas had a chew at this in another thead. As for a hair dryer I have no use for one  I just wind my window down. Sumtime in the future I'd like to supercharge my 1275LS but that's way off and I got lotsa things to learn.

Yer right

Dear gafmo181,

You asked:
"Can you advise if you have tried one on a 850,998, 1100, 1275 Mini Motor Please and what gains were acheived Jim"

We didn't test our supercharger on mini minors but expect them to suit the charger well. The nearest we got to a minis engine size was a Daewoo Matiz at 796 cc. The charger was only fitted for a day as we had to remove the bonnet so no extensive testing was done. Our impressions on what testing could be done was that the Matiz loved the charger, if only we could find room for a more permanant instalation.

Anything to get a sale, huh!

Suprisingly  , this "hair dryer" mod is just as illegal as anything else.... cos it changes your emission levels..... and there is no air filter

If i was a cop, and I saw one of these on a car, I would slap a DEFECT sticker on the driver's HEAD instead of his windscreen
