i was wondering if you can transfer the rubber on mini wheels from contessas that require flares on step drums to an ordinary 10 inch roundnose wheels??? :?: :?:

Why not just fit 4 flat drums, then those Contessas are legal without flares. That's what they are designed for.
Unless you have front discs...
