ahh thanks guys :)

I'll post up the slips, got some vids too but they will be later.

It was accidental that i lowered the tyres to 10psi, i let a little bit too much out and there was no air compressor there. Wanted to run about 14psi. D'oh!

There was plenty of grip regardless - i bogged the start on the first run and these were my times:

14.2 with a 2.6 60ft @ 103mph

Second run improved (this time launching a 4.5-5k :lol:):

13.6 with a 2.4 60ft @ 105mph

Third run was the best of the night
13.4 with a 2.2 60ft @ 105mph

There's still a bit of improvement in it and i'm very happy with the 13.4 for the first night out :D

I must thank Graham and Em for support on the night 8)

Interestingly enough in the quickest mini in the world even i manage to get exactly the same time as 1st place in my class:

Class I Specials, e.g. Space Framed, Non Mini Engined cars, Misfits and Mini Based Kit cars etc
3rd: Tony Wells S570 VAR I9 13.839
2nd: Darrel Cripps - Numpty Engineering I1 13.781
1st: Rich Billingham I3 13.457

That is the same time as me to 3 places!! :shock:
