i was reading MX news in brisbane on the way home today. and there is a page about a movie starring Jason Statham (transporter 1 & 2, the [NEW] italian job) and ther is a picture of him in the passenger seat of a late model black roundnose.

the name of the movie is THE BANK JOB
based on a true story of a robbery in londons baker st in 1971 where the thieves were never found.


so this might be the next mini movie!!! or most likely it appears for a few seconds as they do survellaince of the bank, that's what it looks like from the photo.

ps: just seen that it came out in march. but in the article says it is released nationaly on july 31st.

pps: nice car in the reflection, you an see the photoshopping though to take away the reflection of the cameraman or camerawoman

I watched it recently...almost no Mini shots (except the ones with long pins sticking out of them :wink: )

Theres more shots of a nice looking E-Type than the mini....an ok movie, nothing over the top though.....

Save your money and get out a copy of Brannigan...much more interesting older cars including a flash E Type :idea:

They gave the MCCNSW and invite to an exclusive screening before it came out. Was good for a free movie 8)
