Does anyone else have a problem with Ben's SC12 kit obstructing the speedo cable at the speedo end? It's a bit annoying having no speedo :).

ya dont need a speedo to tell how fast your going  a tacho, oil pressure and a rope will suffice

The cable should run under the carby to SC manifold without too many hassles. Will be a pain to fit with the manifold on though.

no speedo cable for me - used a bike speedo off the rear hub, (this is mainly because i forgot to change the drive and my mini cable won't fit the metro box)

I use a GPS, the speed reading on that is better than a speedo..... And I don't get lost!

Also, speedo is not hooked up......

My SC12 was into an 850, and can honestly say I had absolutely no issue fitting the speedo cable past the blower...

I didn't have any issues with my speedo, just pushes under my carby and down and it.

I will say though that the cable was attached when the engine was put in last.
