On the Moke forum we wear Californian shirts (more commonly called Hawaiian shirts). It works for us, but we're mostly old and daggy, not young and hip like Ausminiers.

its a clique, if you're not in you're not in.

we have some embarrassing show us pics of you or hunkaspunks threads where you can see how silly people look, and generally that translates into recognition at shows

Ha , I said that to Speedy a while ago when he sent an email with the XXXX promo truck that was going around the cricket that opened out to a two story pub . The mini version would have to be a bit smaller though for it to be towed by a mini but would be possible ...

Yes , a mini van trailer that splits down the middle and opens out to a big esky (like on the back of the mercede's light trucks getting about) and sunshade ....

The XXXX truck is going around the V8 super cars , not the cricket ....

Don't think we could make a mini trailer that big

yeah we need to have a system to try to track people down.

Most people i met at mini muster approached me while i was either sitting in Jester, or leaning on his bonnet/roof while waiting for the dyno.

other then that i got Introduced to people through other members, or i recognised their mugs off ausmini...(yes that you nick :P  )
apart from that i would have walked past or looked directly at some people and not realised who they were.
Eg.
Asha walked past me at least 5 times and i didnt have a clue who she was till brett introduced us.
Spraycanmansam, i saw him in his Foose shirt and i think i talked to him as well, then as i was leaving with kenno, we finally realised who eachother were
