It's official! I always wanted to name her, i always wanted to give her a female name (just like boats  ) and I didn't want something that was already used (hard to do!)

So tonight we were eating dinner out and I said to wifey: Hon, we need to name the mini... it's traditional and some say it is bad luick not to name it. The old owner didn't have a name for her so it meant i could pick a new name although if i were 37yrs old, it would be damn rude if some young whipper snapper like me came along and renamed me! but that's a different story...

Anyway So she said Kermit  . And I said it aint green. She said Garfield :x , and I said I'll garfield you in a minute  So she said, what else is red...

Elmo! Already taken and not sure...

Candy! hey that's a possibility. As in the song "You are my Candy girl..."

Then she said cricket balls are red, so i said err ok... Then i said hey maybe you're onto something and I said what Aussie fast bowlers can we name it after? then it hit us...

Lillee!!!

As in Denis Lillee, after all, she is a bit of a fast ball!  So that's it. Signed and sealed and official! Only took like 1 year

(Sorry about my long yarn...)

I'm completely stuck on a name for my car. It's a modified orange 'K' , but can't name it after the colour, because I'm gonna paint it red anyway.

Does it have to be a persons name??

The best I've come up with so far is "Special K" , but I think it's a bit dumb.

Any comments / suggestions??

I think that Mr bob is on the rite track though because i named my mini "vinnie" because it is a mini van so naming the mini by the make of it is a good idea for instance if it were a mini delux you could call it "luxton" or "delilah"

well if its a K for Kangaroo then you could call it Skippy or sommit like that... especially if the shock absorbers are worn.
whats the number plate? usually they help in selecting a name.
