Are you sure? I thought they used the same vent on the Healeys. It looks pretty close.

yep, same as on healeys, and landrovers - landrovers got 4 of them....

The rally cars had them (mounted back to front) to pressurise the cabin and stop dust getting in past the seals.

These must have been around as an after market add on for years, surely the rally guys didn't take them all off Mini vans.
