Hi there,

So the Rostyle wheels used on the GT had AHA8950 Wheel Centre trims, what did the Clubman S/Mini S use on the "Rostyle style" wheels? And does anybody know where I can get some?

Cheers,

Dicko.

G'day Dicko,

You mean these ones?

I believe the p/n on these to be: 1016/01/3 but could be wrong.

When I was restoring my clubby I searched high and low for a set of these. I ended up finding 3 NOS caps and one REALLY nice 2nd hand one. I paid a stupid price for the NOS ones (can't remember exactly how much - around $20 each I think ???) and around $15 for the SH one.

Just ring around is all I can say mate. John Smidt MAY have some 2nd hand ones there but I'd trying calling every mini spares place around. Postage is dirt cheap for these items so doesn't matter where you buy them from.

Through my travels I did manage to make up two sets but unfortunately I'm not selling any of them as they can fall off (or get pinched) so I'll be hanging on to mine.

Try Lindsay Seibler (used to be pistion plus or something) and Tovon (Toby Tyler) as a start. I'm pretty sure I got my NOS off one of those guys and they did tell me at the time that they had others but could not find them at the time.

Good luck and let us know how you go.

Cheers,
BC.

So thats what they actually look like??

My Clubby (76 Mini S) has JellyBeans on it and I have just got the original wheels form the PO, minus Centre Caps.

My original Clubby (78 Mini S) still had the original wheels, but was missing the caps when I purchased it.

Might see what I can come up with, or get my friendly Maintenance guy from work to whip me some up on his lathe. We'll see.

Thanks for the info too by the way BC.

Cheers,

Dicko
