I'd say almost ALL magazines take a long time to get articles into the magazine. They are planned MONTHS before they even hit the shelves.

example...

My Mazda had a 4 page spread in HOT4's Yearbook 2001. The photoshoot was done in June, 6 months earlier. There were 4 other SA cars in the same issue who ALL had their photoshoots done in June.

Same with the MR2 I had before that... 6 months from photoshoot to magazine.

The worst thing was that the car had changed SO MUCH during those 6 months..... other people didnt even know it was the same car. :cry:

Mini World is three months ahead. I had my pics done on Nov Melb. Cup Day and it was published in the Feb edition.

The pic of big willy's car is from the back showing the clear tail lights.

ive been in miniworld, i just emailed them pics of my car and maby a month or so later got an email from them asking me about it, then an issue later viola, my mini in mini world. Oh it was only one pic in the "my Mini" section, but still, its been immortalised in print!!
