I'm thinking of painting my mini again. question? Can I unbolt the hyrdo subframes and lift the body shell up without draining the hyrdo.. Thinking of getting it soda blasted. and then repainted.

Front hydro bag lines will not let the subframe drop untill you undo them.

Yeah, the front flexible hydro hoses pass through the engine bay cross member. You would have to gas axe the car to get the pipes out.....other than that little show stopper it might have worked :)
