Well since ive got the ute up for sale. Ive also considered hockin the mini as well. I have a real itch for doing up another car. Even if i sell the ute im not sure if i should use the money towards a house or buy another project. A house is the smarter thing to do, but leaves me with no car to tinker with.

Im not sure what my Mini would even be worth?????? I know ive talked about selling it many times before in the past. But im a little more serious this time, I think???

I wouldnt imagine the Mini Car Market is really any good at the moment anyways? Has anyone advertised there Mini overseas, like on the Japanese market? Where would I fetch the most dollars?

I need something to spin spanners on... Its almost like an addiction!!

Dont sell the mini but if you do sell the ute, make sure you use the money wisely (House deposit) whilst the property market is down.

I want the market to drop a fair bit more- so I can get my '68 Fastback and then for the market to pick up big time :)

With all due respect, you won't get interest from the Japanese market. They are only after cars in original and/or original restored condition. They don't go for modified cars.

I would keep the Mini. It's going to be very difficult to recover the money you've put into it, especially at the moment.

Keep the Mini, sell the ute, buy property.

Agreed, at the end of the day it isn;t anything special(are etc) it has nice bits, and nice paint, and an anal retentive owner(meant in the nicest way) who has looked after and maintained it. But it is still not worth much more. Just keep it and get rid of the hick pack

I think thats probably the reason that ive held had it so long, cause in the end its simply not worth anything... Someone would get a bargain though, considering the $10k they pay it for would of covered the cost of my paint and panel, wheels and tyres.......But when i was younger, I never intended to sell it so I didnt care how much i spent on it.
